Cancellation and Refund Policy for Acroyna Software Solutions PVT LTD

1. Cancellation of Services

  • Client Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to Acroyna Software Solutions PVT LTD. However, they will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up until the point of cancellation.
  • Company Initiated Cancellations: Acroyna Software Solutions PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or project scope changes.

2. Refund Policy

Our policy does not include refunds.

3. Design Revision and Rejections

  • Design Revisions: The number and scope of revisions included in the project scope is specified in their agreement with Acroyna Software Solutions PVT LTD. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees as mentioned in the document mentioned above.
  • Design Rejections: If a client rejects the deliverables and chooses not to proceed with the project, they may not be eligible for a refund, and Acroyna Software Solutions PVT LTD retains ownership of the work completed up to that point.
